    For defective or damaged products, we will:

  • Send a replacement product at no additional cost, or

    4. Return Process



    4.1 Initiating a Return



    To initiate a return:

    Do not ship items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • SellStein Demo is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

  • With all accessories, manuals, and documentation included
  • In unused, resalable condition

    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If your return is approved:
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer

    6.2 Size or Product Exchanges



    For wrong size or alternative product needs, please return the original item and place a new order. If both orders are placed within 24 hours, contact us about potential shipping credit.

    7. International Orders



    7.1 International Returns



    International customers are responsible for:
  • All return shipping costs
  • Any customs, duties, or import taxes incurred during return shipment
  • Ensuring items comply with customs regulations during return

  • Refunds for international orders are processed in USD
  • Original international shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Currency conversion rates may affect the final refund amount received

  • 9. Lost or Stolen Packages

    Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, SellStein Demo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:
  • Tracking your shipment using the provided tracking number
  • Requiring signature confirmation for high-value orders
  • Filing a claim with the shipping carrier if applicable


  • 9.2 Assistance



    While we cannot issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered, we will:
  • Assist you in filing claims with the shipping carrier

  • 10. Cancelled Orders



    10.1 Before Shipment



    Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if:

  • 10.2 After Shipment



    Once an order has shipped:

  • You must follow the standard return process upon delivery

    SellStein Demo does not charge restocking fees for standard returns within the 30-day return window, except:
  • Large or oversized items (such as skis) may incur a 15% restocking fee
  • Items returned in non-resalable condition may incur up to a 25% restocking fee
  • Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund amount


  • 12. Store Credit



    As an alternative to refunds, we offer store credit for:
  • The full purchase price plus 10% bonus credit
  • No expiration date
  • Use on any future purchase
  • Transferable to other customers


  • To request store credit instead of a refund, indicate this preference when initiating your return.

    13. Warranty Claims



    13.1 Manufacturer Warranties



    Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties. For warranty claims:

  • Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods
  • No refunds for unused portions of current subscription period
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
